Returns & Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction is important to us. The item might be returned/exchanged, if it meets the following conditions:

  • The products that are being returned must be unused and in original condition in original packaging along with any paperwork or accessories.
  • Returns and exchanges of unused merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of original invoice date.
  • We cannot accept/process returns of opened/used products, returned products damaged in transit, or product(s) more than 30 days after purchase.
  • All merchandise accepted for return is a subject to a 10% restocking fee. Gift Certificates are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Free Shipping: if your order total was qualified for a free shipping and the item(s) being returned will reduce the original order amount below the free shipping requirement, a shipping charge of $5.95 will be deducted from your total return credit before the restocking fee charges.
  • Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and will be accepted for a credit in the value of the product being returned. Please follow these steps for the return process.

    Important note: Due to health and safety codes, we are unable to accept returns on hair brushes, hair combs, hair rollers/curlers, flat irons, hair ornaments, nail care products, makeup brushes, or cosmetics.

    Return Request Process: 

    1. Email us at or call at 1.800.810.7782 to request RMA number within 30 days of purchase.
    2. After you receive your return authorization number, securely pack the item in the original manufacture's packaging and place in shipment box. Please be sure to include all parts, pieces, printed materials and accessories. (please include a copy of your invoice)
    3. Return the product(s) to the address provided with your return authorization number written on the outside of the package.
    4. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for processing of your credit.
    Please Note: Shipping & handling fees are not refundable.

    To ensure prompt processing, returns must be sent to the address provided with your RMA number written on the outside of the package. The returns department cannot accept packages without an RMA number. We are not responsible for any lost return shipments.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If there is any issue with your order, please follow these instructions to replace your order:

    1. Email our Customer Support Team at within 3 days of receipt.
    2. Follow the instructions provided by Customer Support Team.

    If you received a wrong product due to our error, we will promptly reship the correct product via standard ground at no additional cost. We will also have the incorrect item(s) picked up at no additional charges.

    Please Note: Do not discard any items unless you have been directed to do so by Customer Support Team.

    Refused Shipment

    If your package is returned to marked as "unclaimed", "refused", or "undeliverable", you are responsible for all shipping charges.

    Special Offers & Promotions

    If you want to return a part of your order, you may no longer qualify for all special offers associated with the purchase. Any free gift received with order is required to be returned.
