Orders are generally shipped by USPS or UPS . Orders received by 1 p.m. EST Monday to Friday will be processed that same day, all other orders will be processed the next business day.

Please Note: Shipping days reflect standard (Monday- Friday) Business Days ONLY. NO Saturday Deliveries.

Some items may be special ordered, not in stock, or not officially launched yet which may cause a slight delay. Contact will be made by our beauty consultants on such delays to let you know.

Continental US Shipping:

* Available for domestic customers only (including APO/FPO). Items may be shipped by UPS or USPS.
** No weekend delivery; no P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO.

Canadian orders will be shipped via either First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes required by the Canadian Post Office.

We can not be held responsible/liable for stolen merchandise once the order has been shown as delivered by UPS or USPS. In the event of a damaged package we will work with you and the carrier to ensure that the damaged products are replaced. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the products purchased are sent to a secure location such as P.O. Box, Place of Residence or a Business where someone is there to accept the package. If no one is available to receive your purchase, the package will be left by the carrier without a signature required.
