The Terms of Service Agreement (referred to as the "Agreement") is between an individual and Beauty Pieces and governs your use of service provided by Beauty Pieces.
We reserve the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time and to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time as we see fit. If you violate the terms of this Agreement you will have your access canceled and you may be permanently banned from using the Site and any interactive services. You should check these terms and conditions periodically. By using the Site after we post changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them. ELIGIBILITY BY USING THE BEAUTY PIECES SERVICE
BeautyPieces.com does not sell products for purchase by children. We may, however, sell children's products for purchase by adults. BeautyPieces.com is not intended or directed to individuals under the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
CREATING PROFILES AND REGISTERING WITH THE BEAUTY PIECES SERVICE
You do NOT need to register with Beauty Pieces or create a profile to use the Beauty Pieces Service. However, to take advantage of some of Beauty Pieces features you may need to register with Beauty Pieces and create a profile. If you do register with us and create a profile, you will be required to provide certain information which may include your first and last name, your email address and your zip code. You may also be asked to supply other information and/or create a profile which, though not required, may be helpful to other users of the Beauty Pieces Service in learning more about you. Beauty Pieces is committed to protecting your privacy online. We do not and will not sell, transfer or exchange your personal information to any individual or company. In the event of an error or other content related issue, BeautyPieces.com reserves the right to correct such error without notification. BeautyPieces.com also reserves the right to cancel any order that may have been made under the pretense of such error. In the event where an order is canceled, but has been paid for, the user will receive a full refund.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
USE OF PROFESSIONAL ITEMS
At BeautyPieces.com we have large verity of products for professional use and general use. Beauty Pieces expects all customers who order professional use products to know how to use them. Beauty Pieces is NOT responsible for the outcome.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
All gift certificates are deemed purchased in and issued from the State of New York. The risk of loss and title to such items pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
Please note that all customer feedback given to Beauty Pieces shall be considered the property of Beauty Pieces. This includes all customer communication, testimonials and contact information. By releasing this information to Beauty Pieces, you are hereby giving Beauty Pieces the non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and unlimited right to reproduce, modify, publish, translate and distribute such material in any way deemed appropriate by the management of Beauty Pieces.

APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to products you purchase through the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New York City, New York, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate BeautyPieces.com's intellectual property rights, BeautyPieces.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of New York, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this Agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
In addition to the above, we reserve the right to decline any "missing merchandise" claim submitted by the customer if our records indicate that such order was processed and shipped complete.
IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THIS WEBSITE OR ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE, OR WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THIS WEBSITE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, BY YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
